What is the format of the workshop?
A: A highly interactive, 3-hour workshop designed exclusively
for work teams, including interactive teambuilding exercises, an
overview of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and its uses
with work teams, administration/interpretation and discussion of
the MBTI, group exercises to help increase understanding of team
member differences and discussion of practical applications of material
for the team. Ideal team size is between 8 and 20 team members.
Q: What is the cost?
A: The fee ranges between $1200-2000 depending on your group
size. This rate includes MBTI tests, materials, take-home booklets
and pre and post-phone meetings with team manager. A pre-workshop
phone appointment with team manager is recommended to discuss expectations
and specific communication challenges the group may be facing. A
post-workshop phone coaching session (30 minutes) with team manager
may be used to discuss how to continue utilizing the teambuilding
material on a day-to-day basis. Ask about discounts for non-profit
organizations.
