event. The Personal Renewal Group is a 6 month life coaching program
created for Mom's to explore and learn:

1) How to "reconnect" with who you are
2) Strategies for making self-care/nurturing a priority so you
can live, love and parent optimally
3) How to experience greater life balance

Monthly topics* for The Personal Renewal Group may include:
• Re-connecting With Who You Are
• Managing Your Energy – Saying No and Setting Boundaries
• Building Your Support Systems
• Good is Good Enough – A Mother's Mantra
• Self Care as Self Preservation vs. Self Indulgence
• Practicing Balanced Living
• Finding your Passion
• Creating your Ideal Life

Each month, you will participate in 2 one on one coaching sessions
with Angela, a Career and Life Balance Coach with Career Strategists
(www.careerstrategists.net/who) and trained RTA facilitator
(www.reneetrudeau.com). In addition to the one on one coaching,
you'll have the opportunity to attend a group coaching session where
we will exchange tips and ideas and support one another. Both the one
on one sessions and the group session will be held telephonically so
that it's flexible and easy to attend no matter where you are located.

Who should join? The Personal Renewal Group is for any mom, at any
stage of life that is ready to explore possibilities and begin to
transform her life.

Specific Details on the program:
• The program will start in June and run for 6 months
• During the program, you will receive 12 personalized
coaching sessions with Angela (2 per month) where you can further
your life goals with personalized support
• Attend a telephonic group coaching session held on the
first Wednesday of the month from 7:30 to 9 pm CST
• Receive email support from Angela during the 6 months
• A copy of Renee Trudeau's Book, "The Mother's Guide to Self
Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life" As seen
in Mothering, Plum, AARP, Working Mother, Parenting, American Way and
featured this spring in Family Circle, Unity Magazine, US News &
World Reports, Yogi Times, Pregnancy and Newborn and more!
• Support from Angela and other like-minded women looking to
transform their life
• The cost of the program is $200 per month**– an incredible
value (many coaches charge $200 or more for one coaching session)
• The group size will be limited to a maximum of 8
participants

About the facilitator: Angela is a Career and Life Balance Coach with
Career Strategists and a former member of Renee Trudeau's Personal
Renewal Groups. She's a trained facilitator who is passionate about

**Monthly cost does not include long distance phone charges for the
1.5 hour group coaching call. All one on one calls will be initiated
