Career Strategists Senior Coach

A senior coach with Career Strategists, Sarina works with clients at all life stages from a variety of industries in the public and private sector across the U.S./Canada.

Her unique approach to coaching has empowered people to bring more focus, energy, balance, and passion to their lives. With a masters degree and more than fifteen years professional experience managing, teaching, administering and developing programs, hiring and recruiting, counseling and supporting men and women through transitions, she focuses on encouraging her clients to leverage their innate strengths and to create lives of purpose and meaning.

Sarina's clients describe her as accessible, authentic, highly effective, a superb communicator, able to see the big picture, creative in her approach, empowering and supportive.

With coach training through the nationally-recognized International Coaches Federation accredited Institute for Life Coach Training--a first of its kind program specializing in training psychologists, therapists and other graduate-level practitioners--Sarina is masterful at blending the inner work and outer work needed to create positive life and career changes.

She has completed extensive professional development/training in the areas of career coaching, human potential, wellness, and mind-body practices and is a trained facilitator of Renee Trudeau's (president and founder of Career Strategists) nationally-known Personal Renewal Groups - a nationally-recognized life management coaching program serving thousands of women around the globe.

Sarina leads life balance, wellness and creative visioning workshops and has created a highly acclaimed series of workshops and classes supporting men and women as they navigate life transitions.

She also serves as a media expert on the topic of life balance and is a regular columnist for My Healthy Beginnings, a Minnesota-based magazine dedicated to helping families live healthy balanced lives.

She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a M.A. in Psychology, Minnesota State University at Mankato with a B.S. Magna Cum Laude, and she has completed additional graduate coursework in career counseling at the University of North Dakota. Sarina is a trained Circle of Life Facilitator, a holistic mind/body wellness coaching program, a member of the International Coaches Federation and is active in the Minnesota Coaches Association

Outside of empowering her clients, she enjoys yoga, running, exploring, creating and being outdoors with her husband and two sons, ages two and four.
