How does telephonic coaching work?
Telephonic coaching provides a personalized level of service where the client and coach engage in a one-on-one meeting via the telephone. The client and coach typically pre-arrange a specific time to meet and frequency and either the coach or client initiates the call. The telephonic coaching process remains the same as in-person coaching and typically is less expensive than face-to-face coaching.
What are the benefits of telephonic coaching?
Telephonic coaching provides both an efficient and cost effective method of delivering coaching services. There is no travel, fewer distractions and provides global opportunities for both the coach and client. A client in Florida can work with a coach in Texas or vice versa. The opportunities are endless! This allows for the client to work with a coach that is truly the best match for them, rather than selecting a coach based solely on location.
