Renee Peterson Trudeau
An active leader in the Austin business community since
1990, Renee Peterson Trudeau's background
includes almost 20 years experience in career management
and strategy, personal development and marketing
management.
Her passion for helping
others realize their career dreams has been a driving
force in her life. Innovative and results-oriented, she
has the unique ability to help guide clients on their
personal career path. Trudeau's background as a highly
successful marketing/public relations executive includes
leadership positions with an international biotech
corporation, a national health agency, high-profile
advertising and public relations firms servicing Fortune
500 clients, and a nationally recognized state agency.
Her expertise in the area of marketing communications
and public relations is an added bonus that aids clients
in successfully branding and positioning themselves in
today's competitive marketplace.

Trudeau is the recipient of the prestigious Mentor Award
from the Austin Professional Chapter of the Association
for Women In Communications (previous award winners
include Women's History Museum founder Cathy Bonner),
and she has been a finalist in the Austin Business
Journal's Profiles in Power Awards for the last 5 years.
As a young professional, Trudeau was selected to participate in
the Dallas-Fort Worth area Leadership Arlington Program
(part of the nationally recognized Leadership America
Program), and she has received state and national
recognition for her creative, solutions-based approach
from such organizations as the Association for Women In
Communications, the International Association for
Business Communicators, the Phillip Crosby Quality
Recognition Program and the Capital Area United Way.
Trudeau believes strongly in giving back to the
community and is a regular speaker at local, state and
national conferences on career management, creative
career design, work/life balance and women's
empowerment.

She is also on the Advisory Board for the Association for Women in Communications and is a member of the Austin Area Career Counselors Network and the national and Austin chapters of the International Coaches Federation. Additionally, she is an active board member with Girls Empowerment Network Austin (GenAustin) and is passionate about empowering girls and women of all ages and at all life stages.
Trudeau graduated with a double major in Journalism
(Advertising/Public Relations emphasis) and English
(Creative Writing emphasis) from Texas Christian
University, Fort Worth, Texas. She has graduate level
training and education in Leadership and Organizational
Development.
Trudeau is the author of the highly acclaimed The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life, co-author of Courageous Parents, Confident Kids: Letting Go So You Both Can Grow and she’s currently working on her third book. Thousands of women around the U.S. are reading the Guide and joining and becoming trained to lead women's self-renewal circles--called Personal Renewal Groups--through her life balance coaching firm.
She has lived in Austin since 1990 and enjoys hiking on the greenbelt, Vinyasa yoga, dancing and eating Thai food with her husband and elementary-age son.
